Supervision is the provision of a reflective space whereby the participant actively chooses to discuss specific spiritual care scenarios to explore the various dynamics at play, to consider alternative responses and to become aware of any blockages, parallel process, transference and/or counter transferences which may be influencing the spiritual care relationship.
Private Practice Supervisors
Some ASACPEV-accredited Supervisors operate independently instead of (or as well as) being affiliated with a CPE Centre.
If you wish to privately engage a Supervisor, please ensure that they hold current accreditation with ASACPEV. To discuss your options or confirm a Supervisor’s accreditation, please contact ASACPEV.
